fantastic central stay

easy access helpful staff spacious room

the location provided easy access to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room, specifically the nice bathroom, included nice tables and lighting. i found the spacious room very good overall!!!

the hotel sits right in the center, only a short walk to many attractions. the cathedral and the port are easily accessible by foot. metro and bus stops are also very close.

The location is unbeatable! it made exploring so easy. i loved how close it was to major attractions. the staff were amazing. They helped me with directions and recommendations. the modern room design was super functional, and the bed was really comfortable for sleeping.

the bathroom door offered little privacy because of its translucent glass panels.

The staff provided quick, efficient service at all times! they handled requests promptly and maintained a positive, helpful attitude. They were amazing at quickly solving minor issues and were always very cheerful and cute.

Although the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, there are countless options right outside the front door. This made trying local cuisine super convenient with many nearby cafes offering fresh pastries and strong coffee to start the day.

The room included a mini fridge, great for storing drinks and snacks. The balcony featured a table. I really enjoyed sitting out there, especially in the evenings after a long day.

The hotel's central location really is a fantastic facility. it puts you right in the heart of everything. Everything is in walking distance and also the public transport links are very accessible for further exploring.

location good, but some issues

small room bathroom odor

the room turned out pretty small i was expecting more space the bathroom had a strange odor throughout my stay i really couldn't get rid of it it was a bit annoying also the staff weren't that attentive when i asked for help with directions once they seemed quite busy and didn't really give me the time of day i felt rather unheard.
